Ivy Wood Branch

A section of ivy wood which has fallen naturally from its host tree, leaving several hoops intact where it was fully wrapped around a branch. At either end are straight sections, making it possible to stand it upright. You could hang a lightweight items from this piece.

The colouring is typical of ivy wood - a mix of very dark brown (almost back) against a warm toned, creamy colour. A selection of heavy surface mottling and texture adds to its character.

Ivy wood responds well to gentle working either by hand, or with small tools such as a Dremel.

Maximum length is approximately 71cm, with a maximum width of approximately 44cm.
