Make your very own version of The Butterfly House hanging air plant decoration using our kit. It also makes a great gift.

We offer two versions. One includes two different air plants, plus a tube of fixative to secure them to the base. The second version does not include plants and fixative, enabling you to make your own choice on the style and number of air plants.

Every kit is unique and is put together with the aim of giving you a harmonious selection of materials. It will typically include some, or all, of the following:

• Two pieces of bark (to give you a choice of base / a spare piece of bark)

• A length of hanging cord, typically faux leather (designs and colours will vary)

• Dark green dried moss

• Light green dried moss

• Lichen

• Small pieces of bark

• Small mossy twigs

• Dried fruit slices (assorted)

• 4 sheets assorted decorative paper (mix of plan and patterned, the number of sheets will depend on the size of the paper).

If you choose the version including air plants, they will be purchased to order. This means it may take a little longer to make up and send. If you need a kit urgently please email hello@dormousewood.co.uk before placing your order.

IMPORTANT: These images are of an example kit. Every kit is unique, so the exact contents will vary. I have also included photographs including a sample air plant. There are many types of air plant, so if you select the option including plants, the two you receive will be chosen from the best available at the time of ordering.
